Our mission is to cultivate singular paths—whether young talents taking their first steps, chefs opening a new entrepreneurial chapter, or professionals testing a concept before launch. We provide a stimulating framework, concrete resources, and attentive support to help everyone grow, experiment, and fully thrive.
At the crossroads of training, support, and creation, ICCE is a living structure: a place where learning is fueled by exchange, real-world practice, and inspiring encounters. Our space allows projects to be tested in real service conditions, in front of a future clientele, to refine culinary identity, adjust the offer, and prepare an opening with confidence.

From idea to reality
Joining ICCE means entering a 3-to-9-month incubation journey, punctuated by days in our professional laboratory to bring your ideas to life, personalized support from experts and mentor chefs, and a program of stages to test and refine your creations with the ICCE community.
