Data collected via the contact form

In the context of the contact form, the following data may be collected: last name, first name, email address, optionally phone number, and any information you choose to include in the message field.

This data is used solely to process and respond to your request, and to keep track of our exchanges.

Data collected for the newsletter

When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address (and, where applicable, your first and last name) are collected to send you information about ICCE, its news, events and offers.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to contact@icce-paris.com.

Audience measurement tool (Umami)

The Site uses the Umami analytics tool, a privacy-friendly analytics solution that does not use cookies.

The data collected is anonymized and does not allow visitors to be directly identified. It is used to measure traffic to the Site, understand how it is used (pages viewed, source of visits, device type, etc.) and improve the user experience.

Legal bases for processing

  • Processing requests via the contact form: performance of pre-contractual measures and ICCE’s legitimate interest in responding to requests.
  • Sending the newsletter: your consent, obtained at the time of subscription (which you can withdraw at any time).
  • Audience measurement via Umami: ICCE’s legitimate interest in analyzing Site usage with a cookie-free, privacy-friendly tool.

Retention periods

  • Data relating to contact requests: retained for the time necessary to process the request, then archived for up to 3 years from the last contact.
  • Newsletter data: retained as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter or until you withdraw your consent.
  • Audience measurement data: retained in aggregated and anonymized form for the period necessary for statistical monitoring.

Data recipients

The data collected is intended for ICCE’s authorized teams and, where applicable, its technical service providers (hosting provider, emailing provider, analytics tool), acting as processors within the meaning of the applicable regulations.

The data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the following rights over your data: right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and the right to data portability, where applicable.

You can exercise these rights by writing to: contact@icce-paris.com, indicating your identity and the subject of your request.

If your issue remains unresolved, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in France: the CNIL – Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés).

The icce-paris.com Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the Site do not allow you to be personally identified.
